1General Terms & Conditions

CT33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between CT33 and its users. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register on CT33 or begin using the Platform.

By accessing CT33 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account Register

Accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on CT33. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method, ct33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit their balances.

• A valid mobile number or email address is required at the time of registration.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to CT33 immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3Age Requirements & Eligibility

CT33 is an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this Platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be voided.

Ct33 may request a national ID, birth certificate, or passport for age verification. Failure to provide this information may result in withdrawal restrictions, even if the account remains active.

• Ct33 is available only to residents of regions where online gaming is legally permitted.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that using this platform is legal in their jurisdiction.
• Accounts belonging to users from restricted regions will be terminated.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposits on CT33 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Individual payment gateways may apply their own terms or fees, for which CT33 bears no responsibility.

All deposited funds must come from the registered account holder's own source. Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted. If a suspicious transaction is detected, CT33 may freeze the deposit pending verification.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 0–5 minutes.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical error, please contact support.
• If a deposit fails, the funds will be automatically returned.

5Withdrawal Policy

Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed on CT33. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by VIP tier.
• Ct33 may request additional verification in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is an active dispute on the account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulating the system — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 10x–30x.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• CT33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on CT33 are considered final. CT33 will not be held liable if a bet fails to register due to internet connectivity or technical issues. Always confirm your bet slip on screen before the bet is accepted.

In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For tie or draw outcomes, payouts are determined by the applicable bet terms. In live betting, odds are variable and may be updated at any time.

• Minimum bet is BDT 10; maximum bet is determined by account level.
• Ct33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• RNG outcomes in casino games are final and cannot be altered.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.

8Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on CT33. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using software bots or automation tools to place bets.
• Any attempt to hack, phish, or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Fraud using the CT33 name or logo.

9Account Closure & Suspension

CT33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or incomplete verification.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

• Contact the support team to request self-exclusion.
• There is an option to appeal against a suspended account.
• Account balances will not be refunded if an account is closed due to prohibited activities.

10Limitation of Liability

CT33 maintains the highest technical standards; however, CT33 is not responsible for any losses caused by server downtime, network failures, or third-party service disruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

CT33 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions. However, losses resulting from a verified platform error will be reviewed.

• Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from their gaming decisions.
• CT33 does not guarantee the outcome of any game.
• CT33 is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
